Finding the perfect bra isn't just about size — it's about understanding your body type and knowing what to look for. Follow these simple steps and you'll never struggle with a bad-fitting bra again.

Step-by-Step: How to Find Your Size

Measure Your Band Size

Wrap a measuring tape around your ribcage, just under your bust. Keep it snug but not tight. Round to the nearest even number — this is your band size in centimeters (e.g. 75cm, 80cm, 85cm).

Measure Your Bust Size

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The difference between your bust and band measurement determines your cup size.

Find Your Cup Size

Each 2.5cm difference = one cup size. For example: 10cm difference = D cup, 12.5cm = E cup, 15cm = F cup, and so on up to G and H.

Convert to US Size

Divide your band measurement by 2.54, add 4, and round to the nearest even number for your US band size. Example: 80cm ÷ 2.54 + 4 = 35.5 → 36.
